The author is ready to translate YOUR program in Italian. Just send the english .cd (catalog description) file. If you don't usually add localization to your program, please consider that localize your program means spread it wider than with only a english user interface! So localize 'em!
If you are the author of some of the program translated by me (look in the Italian guide file if you find 'Luca Giolo' written near your program name), feel free to include the catalog and/or use the .ct files included. Also feel free to contact me if you change the interface (add some string, etc.): if you send the old and the new .cd file, you will get an update real soon. You'll find my E-mail address at the end of this doc.
To Shareware authors: if you use some of my catalogs for your's or even other's program, please consider the effort I've put on translating 'em and send me a registered version of one of your programs (please contact me BEFORE doing it!). If your program hasn't a italian translation yet, please send me the .cd file for your program, wait the translation and be happy :).
Please please please: before sending me a .cd file or .catalog, try if it is readable with CatEdit (look Aminet to find it): I've already had troubles with CatComp and I don't want to use it again! And PLEASE: if possible, send .cd's instead of .catalogs and in ENGLISH language! NO DEUTSCH please!! French and/or Spanish .cd will take much longer to translate (the latter, muuuuch longer!)!!
